Tippping Techniques is perfect for the client who wants to create texture trough the hairb but dont want to dramatically change the colour of their hair. It can be used to create a natural or more artificial colours trough the tips of the hair to give a cut amore dynamic effect or to subtly show layers. This technique is also perfect for shorter hair clients or for gents who want to give their hair cut the extra edge.
How to archieve this is by sectioning hair to disconnect between length and the different layers trough the hair. With each section you can either back comb (longer hair) or free hand (shortwer hair) the tips of the hair, the higher you go trough the mid-lengths the more distinctive the colour change will be.
